From the entrance to the gala floor, the flowers at Africa Events Summit 2026 were ours
On 10 and 11 September 2026, Blooms & Gifts handled the floral arrangements for the Africa Events Summit (AES) 2026, organised by Billion Events EA at the Argyle Grand Hotel in Nairobi. Every centerpiece and arrangement across both days was ours to design and place.
Flowers from the moment you walked in
When guests arrived at the Argyle Grand Hotel for the Africa Events Summit, the first thing they saw was flowers. We built and placed the arrangements that greeted every attendee at the entrance across both days of the summit, tall stems and soft blooms set right against the AES branding.
What the summit is about
The Africa Events Summit (AES) 2026 brought together event organisers, brands and creatives from across the continent to talk about the future of Africa's events industry. Held over two days, 10 and 11 September 2026, and organised by Billion Events EA, it closed with a gala dinner on the evening of the 11th.
Every table, dressed for the evening
For the gala dinner, we arranged the centerpiece for every table: wreaths of blush and lavender roses, eucalyptus and gypsophila, built around the summit's own light up AES markers. Each one was designed to hold its own in photos and still let the branding show through, by day and after dark.
