You do not need to be in Kenya to send flowers to someone in Kenya. Every day we deliver gifts ordered from London, Dubai, Toronto, New York and dozens of other cities to doorsteps across Nairobi. Here is exactly how it works.

Choose the gift. Browse fresh flowers, gift hampers or any collection on the site exactly as a local customer would. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Add the recipient's details and your message. Enter their delivery address in Kenya at checkout, and write your message for the free card that comes with every order.

Pay securely online. Checkout is handled by Pesapal, which accepts international Visa, Mastercard and other major debit and credit cards, alongside local options like M-Pesa. You do not need a Kenyan bank account or a Kenyan card.

Card not going through, or prefer a human? WhatsApp us on +254 706 808 117 and we will arrange payment and take your order manually. This is common for cards that block international or first-time transactions, and we sort it out in minutes.

Get proof it arrived. The moment your gift is delivered, we send a WhatsApp photo of the arrangement at their door, so you see exactly what they received, no wondering.

A Note on Currency

Every price on the site is in Kenyan Shillings (KES), and that is what you are charged. If your card is issued in USD, GBP, EUR or another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount automatically at checkout, the same way it would for any other online purchase from Kenya. There is nothing for you to convert or calculate in advance.

Delivery, Wherever They Are in Kenya

Order before 4PM Nairobi time (East Africa Time) and same-day delivery is available across Nairobi and nearby suburbs for a flat KES 350. For everywhere else in Kenya, next-day delivery is KES 950. Not sure whether the recipient's address falls in same-day range? WhatsApp us the location and we will confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be in Kenya, or have a Kenyan card, to order?

No to both. Order from anywhere in the world with an international debit or credit card via Pesapal, or WhatsApp us to arrange payment manually if your card does not go through.

What time zone should I use when picking a delivery day?

Kenya runs on East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3). Our 4PM order cutoff for same-day delivery is 4PM Nairobi time, so check the time difference from wherever you are before you order if you want it delivered that same day.

Will the recipient know I sent it from abroad?

Only if you tell them in your message card. The delivery itself looks exactly like any other local order, hand-delivered fresh, with your personalised message attached.

My payment failed. What do I do?

Some banks block international or first-time online payments by default. Message us on WhatsApp at +254 706 808 117 with what you would like to order, and we will arrange payment and place the order with you directly.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date, like a birthday next month?

Yes. Choose your delivery date at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp if you would like to schedule a specific time on the day as well.
