Corporate Events FAQs
How much lead time do you need for an event?
For most corporate events, 2–4 weeks' notice gives us room to plan properly — sourcing, concept approval and installation logistics. Large galas or launches are more comfortable with 4–6 weeks. If your date is closer than that, WhatsApp us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.
What does delivery and setup for an event look like?
We agree an install window with you ahead of time — usually a few hours before doors open — and coordinate directly with your venue's events team on access, loading and timing. You don't need to manage that part.
Do you handle full installation or is it drop-off only?
Full installation. For event work we design, transport, install and style on-site — we don't just drop off flowers and leave. Breakdown and cleanup after the event is included too.
Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
Yes — a deposit confirms your date and locks in pricing once you approve the concept and quote. The balance is due ahead of the event; we'll agree exact terms when we send your quote.
How far outside Nairobi will you travel for an event?
We regularly travel to towns within a couple of hours of Nairobi — Naivasha, Nakuru, Thika and similar. Further afield is possible for larger events; travel and logistics costs are added to the quote. WhatsApp us your venue and we'll confirm.
