How Payment Works From Abroad
We accept international Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment gateway — charged in Kenyan Shillings at your card's exchange rate, no Kenyan bank account or M-Pesa required. If you or your recipient does have a Kenyan number, M-Pesa is also available at checkout. Either way, your card details are processed securely and never stored by us.

Order before 4PM East Africa Time (EAT) for same-day delivery in Nairobi, or before 3PM EAT for next-day delivery to the rest of Kenya. In UK time that's roughly 1PM / 12PM (add an hour during British Summer Time). Not sure of the conversion? WhatsApp us your local time and we'll confirm the cutoff for you.
How do I pay if I'm sending flowers from abroad?
