Delivery Policy
At Blooms & Gifts, every order is packed with care and delivered fresh and in good condition, wherever you are in Kenya.
We know how important safe and fast delivery is to you, so we deliver every order in the shortest time possible.
Two delivery options, one simple rule
At checkout you will see two delivery options. Which one applies depends on the town the flowers are going to, not where you are ordering from.
Option 1: Same Day Delivery Within Nairobi
Cost: Ksh 350
Choose this only when the delivery town is Nairobi.
Order before 4:00pm and your flowers are delivered the same day, within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4:00pm are delivered the next day.
Option 2: Fast shipping to any town outside Nairobi
Cost: Ksh 950
Choose this for every town outside Nairobi, including towns just outside the city such as Ruiru, Kiambu, Ngong, Kitengela, Ruaka, Kikuyu, Rongai and Athi River, and towns further away such as Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and Thika.
Order before 4:00pm and your order is dispatched the same day. Towns just outside Nairobi are usually delivered the same day, within 3 to 5 hours. Towns further away receive their order the next day.
Not sure which option to pick?
Look at the town the flowers are going to. If it is Nairobi, choose Option 1. If it is anywhere else, including the towns just outside Nairobi, choose Option 2.
If Option 1 is chosen for a delivery outside Nairobi, we will contact you to pay the difference of Ksh 600 before your order is dispatched.
On peak days such as major holidays, we are not always able to guarantee exact timing, but your order will still be delivered on the delivery date you choose.
We deliver to areas within Nairobi such as Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, Buru Buru, Riverside, Westlands, Roysambu, Muthaiga, Loresho, Kilimani, Imara Daima, Upperhill, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, Thika Road and more. See every area we cover on our delivery zones page.
Wherever you are sending to, the moment your order is delivered we send a WhatsApp photo confirmation: a real picture of the arrangement at the door, so you know exactly when it arrived.
