Updated: A Thoughtful Follow-Up – Thank You! This was my second order from Blooms & Gifts – and initially, it was also my second disappointment. I had scheduled a flower delivery for August 1st, International Girlfriend’s Day. Unfortunately, the bouquet was delivered prematurely on July 29th, which ruined the surprise I had carefully planned. Similarly, my first order had also been inaccurate, as the selected teddy bear was replaced with a different one. However, I’m happy to report that the company responded positively and sent a second bouquet on the correct date – a gesture I truly appreciate. It showed that they care about customer satisfaction and are willing to correct their mistakes. I recently bought a birthday hamper this service and Lidya was amazing- support choosing the gift, communication and courtesy. Delivery was precise. To improve, the customer experience, the rider can take a picture with receiver to be sent to to buyer to confirm delivery instantly.
