Updated: A Thoughtful Follow-Up – Thank You! This was my second order from Blooms & Gifts – and initially, it was also my second disappointment. I had scheduled a flower delivery for August 1st, International Girlfriend’s Day. Unfortunately, the bouquet was delivered prematurely on July 29th, which ruined the surprise I had carefully planned. Similarly, my first order had also been inaccurate, as the selected teddy bear was replaced with a different one. However, I’m happy to report that the company responded positively and sent a second bouquet on the correct date – a gesture I truly appreciate. It showed that they care about customer satisfaction and are willing to correct their mistakes. The quality of the flowers has always been good, and I’m now more hopeful that future orders will reflect the same care and reliability shown in their follow-up.
